Natural breathing

Let the breath deepen without forcing it. Lower the belly gently on each exhale and keep the rhythm calm and even.

Short routines

Five-minute routines for morning and evening

A brief sequence can fit easily into the start or end of the day. Choose two or three postures, repeat them slowly, and finish with a few quiet breaths.

Morning: stand, breathe, and move the arms gently to wake the body. Evening: sit or stand, lower the shoulders, and let each exhale release the tension of the day.

Routines are best kept simple and repeatable. Practise at home or outdoors, and return to the same short sequence whenever it helps.
